(NationalSentinel) One of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard commanders was talking tough again this week from the safety of his own country, bragging to his men that his country will give the U.S. a “strong slap in the face” if we continue to underestimate Iran’s capabilities.
Since taking office last month, U.S. President Donald Trump has pledged to get tough with Iran, warning the Islamic Republic after its ballistic missile test on Jan. 29 that it was playing with fire and all U.S. options were on the table.
“The enemy should not be mistaken in its assessments, and it will receive a strong slap in the face if it does make such a mistake,” said General Mohammad Pakpour, head of the Guards’ ground forces, quoted by the Guards’ website Sepahnews, Reuters reported.

Following Iran’s missile test, which may have been in violation of the nuclear ‘deal’ the Obama administration made with the Islamic republic, the Trump administration put Iran “on notice,” which the Iranians have mistakenly mocked since.
Other military analysts went on to say that Iran-backed Hezbollah could use short-range rockets to attack Israel’s nuclear site at Dimona, but that, too, would be suicidal.
The fact is, the Iranians have been empowered by Obama to believe they’re something more than they are. And should Tehran’s mullahs be stupid enough to think that they can attack a U.S. ship or base in the Middle East with impunity – because they thing President Donald Trump is a buffoon leading an administration full of buffoons, they’ll quickly find out that’s not the case.
Because the fact is, if Iran tries a “strong slap in the face,” the Trump administration will kick Iran’s ass. It’s just that simple. And probably in record time.
