L.A. Times freakout: 4-day op-ed series of Trump hate sends sign prez must be doing something right

If you thought the establishment media really is unbiased, this should quell that notion

(NationalSentinel) Media: The Left-wing establishment media that was in the tank for Hillary Clinton continues to voice its angst and displeasure at the man who vanquished her (for a second time) – Donald J. Trump.

Beginning today, the Times editorial board is launching an op-ed series spanning four days that it is using as a platform to demonstrate a) that Trump Derangement Syndrome really is a thing; and b) that they really are nothing but hacks and shills for the far-Left Democratic Party.

To give you a feeling for how this series will go, the first installment is headlined thus: “Our Dishonest President.” The piece then goes on to allegedly cite all of the instances Trump supposedly lied or stretched the truth or otherwise misrepresented facts – interspersed with dire predictions that Trump is going to destroy the planet, of course.

Here’s a sample:

What is most worrisome about Trump is Trump himself. He is a man so unpredictable, so reckless, so petulant, so full of blind self-regard, so untethered to reality that it is impossible to know where his presidency will lead or how much damage he will do to our nation. His obsession with his own fame, wealth and success, his determination to vanquish enemies real and imagined, his craving for adulation — these traits were, of course, at the very heart of his scorched-earth outsider campaign; indeed, some of them helped get him elected. But in a real presidency in which he wields unimaginable power, they are nothing short of disastrous.

It gets much worse, of course. This first in the four-part series accuses Trump of having a a “shocking lack of respect for those fundamental rules and institutions on which our government is based;” his “utter disregard for the truth;” and he’s an Alt-Right stooge.

Except for the Alt-Right part – for which you could easily substitute Alt-Left – don’t those complaints about Trump sound eerily similar to the case against Barack Obama?

Do the Times editorial board members not recall every single lie Obama told to get the Affordable Care Act passed? How about all those times Obama lied when he said he learned of administration scandals “from news reports?” And what about this new burgeoning scandal – that Obama had Team Trump and the candidate himself under surveillance by a politicized intelligence apparatus – to a degree that would make Richard Nixon envious?

Speaking of a “shocking lack of respect” for government rules and institutions, Obama – Mr. “Constitutional Scholar” – used our founding document as a doormat in becoming the most overturned president in history before the U.S. Supreme Court. As for “rules” and “institutions,” politicizing the intelligence apparatus, using the IRS at a political weapon against conservatives and turning the EPA into the nation’s biggest job-killer are not what most Americans consider prudent uses of their government.

What is yet to come from the Times in this “series” will likely be more of the same unhinged Trump hate, so read it at your risk. But there is some good news here, believe it or not: The continued freak-out by the discredited, fake news establishment media signals that Trump must be on the right track in making America great again.

If the Left hates it, you should be for it.

The LA Times series: Finally a brave and honest assessment of Trump, both his muddled attempts to push through legislation he never did homework on, and a look at his lies.

Obama sin: he did NOT KNOW, no one knew, how the ACA would totally work out, how the insurance companies would respond, how people would buy into it. HE DID NOT LIE. He thought he was right and he wasn’t. Dear reader, I hope your morality knows the difference.
