Who’s paying the bills? Porn star lawyer Avenatti rakes in $8 million ‘WINDFALL’ when he took on Stormy

(National SentinelPolitical Operation: In recent days there have been a lot of question swirling about regarding porn star Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti.

Like, who’s paying for her case to be litigated, because we know it’s not her. She’s said as much on Twitter.

Mark Penn served as pollster and adviser to President Bill Clinton from 1995 to 2000, including during his impeachment, and current director of the Harris Poll, smells a rat.

Last week in a column for The Hill he laid out his concerns and wondered aloud who’s paying Avenatti:

From the beginning, this has been fishy. Daniels’s previous lawyer advised her to stick to her agreements. In contrast, Avenatti okayed her violating with impunity her non-disclosure agreement on “60 Minutes” despite a binding arbitration judgment against her. She acknowledged on Twitter that she is not paying for her lawyer. So who is? And did he indemnify her against all multimillion-dollar penalties?

More questions were being asked after Avenatti leaked bank records belonging to President Donald J. Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, something that the Treasury Department is now investigating.

On Thursday Avenatti released a statement saying all fees and expenses in his case with Daniels “have either been funded by our client, Ms. Stephanie Clifford, or by donations from our crowdjustice.com page.”

True or false?

In December 2017 court documents Michael Avenatti declared only $412,000 in total assets.
This form by Avenatti was filed with the bankruptcy court, The Gateway Pundit reported.

Here’s a copy of his declaration, via TGP’s Jim Hoft:

But now, Las Vegas attorney Robert Barnes reported Sunday that in January 2018, Avenatti received an unidentified source of income that allowed him to pay:

— $4.85 Million to his law firm employees he defrauded

— Close to $2 Million in back taxes for payroll taxes on his law firm

—  Nearly another $1 million to other creditors

This influx of funds came about the time he picked up Daniels as a client.

“In January 2018, got an unidentified source of income that allowed him to pay $4.85M to his law firm employees he defrauded, close to $2M in back taxes for payroll taxes on his law firm, and near another $1M to other creditors. Same time as: new client ,” Barnes tweeted.

In all, Avenatti somehow came into an $8 million windfall, according to Barnes — who provided the following documents to TGP, some of which are redacted:

So, in all, around the time that Avenatti picked up his high-profile client, he received a windfall of $8 million from….somewhere, the TGP notes.
