(National Sentinel) Culture War: Google, along with the rest of Silicon Valley’s Left-wing tech giants, has figured out that attacking POTUS Trump directly is like slinging arrows at an M-1 Abrams tank.
So the search-and-media behemoth is now resorting to a different tactic.
Google has declared a culture war in order to bleed support from Republicans in general and from Trump personally, as evidenced by a pair of incidents this week.
As reported by The Daily Caller:
On Thursday, Vice reported “Nazism” was listed as the primary ideology for the California Republican Party in the box at the top-right corner of its Google search result.
The tech company blamed the problem on people “vandalizing public information sources, like Wikipedia, which can impact the information that appears in search” in a statement to The Daily Caller News Foundation.
One time we might be able to understand it. But twice in the same week means these mischaracterizations are no accident.
The Daily Caller reported further:
Google labeled Republican North Carolina state Sen. Trudy Wade as a “bigot” in its “knowledge panel” for the pro-Trump lawmaker.
According to Vice News Friday, searching for Wade on Google would show users an image of the state senator with “BIGOT” in bright red letters displayed at the bottom.
“Wade is currently in a tough reelection battle. It’s likely not helpful for her campaign to have the image as one of the first things voters would see if they Google her,” The DC notes.
No kidding. But these attacks are not accidental.
As we reported in January, Google’s new “fact-check” services were obviously skewed against independent and conservative media.
What Google is doing is a favorite, time-tested tactic of the Marxist Left: Isolate and demonize your political enemies and over time you’ll get more people to believe the lies.
