(National Sentinel) Major Breach: Anyone who is honest about Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server during her time as secretary of state knows that the former U.S. senator and first lady set it up so she could operate free from government recordkeeping requirements and transparency laws.
Not content to merely create a secret email address using a commercial email platform like Google, Hillary wanted her own separate, controllable operation. Too bad she didn’t put as much effort into protecting our country as she did in trying to be a sneaky criminal.
The FBI has already said there is a 99 percent chance that Hillary’s email server was hacked by as many as five foreign governments.
One of them, apparently, was China, as we speculated in June.
The Daily Caller reported Tuesday:
A Chinese-owned company operating in the Washington, D.C., area hacked Hillary Clinton’s private server throughout her term as secretary of state and obtained nearly all her emails, two sources briefed on the matter told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
The Chinese firm obtained Clinton’s emails in real time as she sent and received communications and documents through her personal server, according to the sources, who said the hacking was conducted as part of an intelligence operation.
The Chinese wrote code that was embedded in the server, which was kept in Clinton’s residence in upstate New York. The code generated an instant “courtesy copy” for nearly all of her emails and forwarded them to the Chinese company, according to the sources.
It gets better. Not only did China hack Hillary’s emails, the FBI was told and did nothing.
Two officials with the ICIG, investigator Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan, met repeatedly with FBI officials to warn them of the Chinese intrusion, according to a former intelligence officer with expertise in cybersecurity issues, who was briefed on the matter. He spoke anonymously, as he was not authorized to publicly address the Chinese’s role with Clinton’s server.
And who was one of the agents notified? Why, none other than former top counterintelligence official Peter Strzok, who has since been fired from the bureau for cause.
The Intelligence Community Inspector General found the Chinese hacking “pretty early in 2015,” said a former ICIG official.
“When [the ICIG] did a very deep dive, they found in the actual metadata — the data which is at the header and footer of all the emails — that a copy, a ‘courtesy copy,’ was being sent to a third party and that third party was a known Chinese public company that was involved in collecting intelligence for China,” the former intelligence officer told The DC.
But it wasn’t just Chinese hacking that Strzok ignored. He also ignored Russian hacking, as Judicial Watch noted.
Tom Fitton, president of government watchdog Judicial Watch, said in his weekly update that JW found evidence that Russia hackers had penetrated Clinton’s server and gave that evidence to the FBI, but Strzok and the bureau sat on it.
The evidence would seem to suggest clearly and emphatically (again) that Hillary Clinton violated the Espionage Act and related statutes governing the handling of classified information in a major way.
But of course, “unbiased” Strzok did nothing about that, either.
And he said in congressional testimony his pro-Clinton bias didn’t affect his work.
There is so much criminality surrounding Hillary Clinton it would take federal prosecutors a day to convict her. She should never breathe free air again after the risk at which she put all Americans.
But since we don’t really have an attorney general…
