POTUS Trump blasts Sessions for charging TWO Republican lawmakers ahead of 2018 midterms

(National SentinelAWOL: It’s getting harder to tell if Attorney General Jeff Sessions is incompetent, a turncoat, or an insider working for the Deep State, but the longer he sits as head of the Justice Department, tentatively, the more damage he’s doing to the man who appointed him.

POTUS Donald Trump blasted Sessions again on Labor Day for waiting until just weeks before the midterm elections to allow charge two Republican lawmakers who occupy safe GOP districts with alleged crimes despite the fact that they have been under investigation since when Obama was still in office.

In recent weeks federal prosecutors have charged Rep. Chris Collins of New York, an early supporter of POTUS, with “insider trading,” allegations he has said are completely baseless (and wouldn’t they have to be if Obama’s politicized DoJ couldn’t make charges stick against a Republican lawmaker?).

“The charges that have been levied against me are meritless,” Collins said last month in response to charges that he and others acted on “non-public information” regarding the results of a drug trial to invest in a pharmaceutical company. “And I will mount a vigorous defense in court to clear my name. I look forward to being fully vindicated and exonerated.”

The pharma company agreed. In a statement, Innate Immunotherapeutics said it has cooperated fully with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s request for information, adding, “The US media has inaccurately reported that Mr. Collins and colleagues were the beneficiaries of share issuances in the Company on privileged terms. Mr. Collins (and colleagues) have only ever participated in shareholder-approved share placements or ‘rights issues’ of shares in the Company.”

Federal prosecutors have also charged Rep. Duncan Hunter of California and his wife with fraud and campaign finance crimes. He has been under investigation since April 2016.

Come on.

And now, suddenly, they’ve been indicted by the Jeff Sessions ‘Justice’ Department, even as a slew of criminals from the Obama regime who lied to federal courts and illegally used the  power of the federal government to spy on his bosses’ 2016 campaign remain free as birds to continue undermining and sniping at the president and his administration.

On Monday, POTUS took to Twitter to call Sessions out — again.

“The Democrats, none of whom voted for Jeff Sessions, must love him now. Same thing with Lyin’ James Comey. The Dems all hated him, wanted him out, thought he was disgusting – UNTIL I FIRED HIM! Immediately he became a wonderful man, a saint like figure in fact. Really sick!” he wrote.

“Two long running, Obama era, investigations of two very popular Republican Congressmen were brought to a well publicized charge, just ahead of the Mid-Terms, by the Jeff Sessions Justice Department. Two easy wins now in doubt because there is not enough time. Good job Jeff……”

  1. Don’t you worry. WE Americans are full of surprises and we are gonna BURY these fools this voting season. We support Trump 100% and not these sick hysterical lobotomized liberals. Sessions is ASKING to be fired and he deserves it. The field is littered with traitors and backstabbers all of whom deserve to be either executed or imprisoned, yet because of Sessions’ lame stance, they are all out there denouncing this one man who is doing his very best to save our country from these Commie snakes. America supports Trump !! And we will stay with him, no matter what the HIVE says in their dumbass media.

  2. Session exposed himself as an enemy of justice and Trump on recusal day. Since that incredible betrayal there has been obstruction, raids, political indictments.
