(National Sentinel) Red Wall: Conservative operative Roger Stone said Monday that after seeing a video posted by journalist Dr. Jerome Corsi predicting he will soon be indicted by special counsel Robert Mueller, it appears likely that he’s being “squeezed” but that he won’t bend or break.
In a statement to The Daily Caller, Stone said he thinks Corsi is being unfairly targeted by Mueller, whose probe continues to wander on and on without producing a scintilla of evidence regarding his original mandate: ‘Russian collusion’ between Moscow and the 2016 Trump campaign.
“Where is the Russian collusion? Where is the Wikileaks collaboration? Where is proof that I knew about the theft or content of John Podesta’s emails or the content or the source of any of the allegedly hacked or stolen e-mails published by Wikileaks?” Stone said, The DC reported.
Earlier, Corsi posted a video in which he said, “I fully anticipate that in the next few days I will be indicted by Mueller for some form or another for giving false information the special counsel or the grand jury,” he revealed in his daily YouTube show, adding, “I had nothing to hide, I feel like I’ve committed no crimes.”
Mueller’s interest in Corsi is related to whether he and Stone had any prior knowledge of the impending release of emails stolen from the DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign by Wikileaks during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Corsi has testified twice before Mueller’s grand jury at the special counsel’s request.
Stone noted, “Watching his podcast, Dr. Corsi strikes me as a man who has been squeezed hard but refuses to do anything but tell the truth which is why they may be indicting him.”
