America’s Gestapo? FBI raid on Clinton Foundation, Uranium One whistleblower proves Deep State still controls FBI

(National SentinelOut of Control: Fallout from the overt politicization of the Justice Department by President Obama is continuing apace, as evidenced by yet another outrageous act committed by an FBI that continues to show contempt for the citizens it is supposed to serve.

The latest victim is Dennis Nathan Cain, a whistleblower who had documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and the scandalous Uranium One deal which saw 20 percent of all strategic U.S. uranium reserves transferred (sold) to Russia.

As The Daily Caller reported exclusively last week, FBI agents recently raided the home of Cain — “ recognized Department of Justice whistleblower” — despite the fact that, by law, he should have been protected from such an egregious act.

As for what the documents reveal, the news site noted:

The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.

The documents also indicate that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller did not investigate legitimate allegations of criminal activity pertaining to Rosatom and other Russian government institutions related to the Uranium One sale, which was approved when Clinton was Secretary of State.

“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” said Cain’s attorney, Michael Socarras, in an interview with TheDC.

The raid was an “outrageous disregard” of his client’s whistleblower protections, he added.

On the morning of Nov. 19, no less than 16 FBI agents arrived at the Union Bridge, Md., home of Cain, who is also a former FBI contractor, Socarras said. The raid was authorized per a Nov. 15 court order signed by federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher in U.S. District Court in Baltimore.

He was supposed to be protected.

So, what was the purpose of the raid? The special agent in charge said that Cain was in possession of stolen federal property, according to his lawyer.

Cain told the agent in charge when he was still at the front door that he was a recognized and protected whistleblower under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act and that DoJ inspector general, Michael Horowitz, had recognized his status.

He also told the agent that the classified information had already been properly transmitted to the House and Senate Intelligence committees, as provided for in the Act.

No matter. Socarras said the agent in charge immediately directed his personnel to begin searching the home.

Cain didn’t make them hunt for the documents, however. His attorney said he promptly gave the agents the documents sought under the search warrant, but even that wasn’t enough. Socarras said agents continued rummaging through his client’s home for another six hours.

“For the bureau to show up at Mr. Cain’s home suggesting that those same documents are stolen federal property” after they were taken to Congress by a member of the IG’s staff, “and then proceed to seize copies of the same documents after being told at the house door that he is a legally protected whistleblower who gave them to Congress, is an outrageous disregard of the law,” Socarras said. “I cannot believe the Bureau informed the federal magistrate who approved the search warrant that they wanted to search the home of an FBI whistleblower to seize the information that he confidentially disclosed to the IG and Congress.”

The Act is supposed to protect whistleblowers who are government contractors; apparently, however, if your name is Clinton, the rules don’t apply.

Little good came out of the Obama presidency, but the 44th commander-in-chief did do the nation one valuable service: He showed us we really do have two systems of justice in our country, one for the Deep State elite and one for the rest of us.

29 Comments on America’s Gestapo? FBI raid on Clinton Foundation, Uranium One whistleblower proves Deep State still controls FBI

  1. Since NOBODY in the “Deep State” is punished when they get caught, there’s really no reason for them to stop running the country behind the scenes…if the grifters, fixers, and felons on the Left ever faced the music for their subterfuge and, frankly, sedition, then they’d stop doing it. Instead they are rewarded. No big mystery.

    • I am now positive that Sessions was and is part of the deep state. He did absolutely nothing to bring justice to the American people. Strzok, Page, Comey, McCabe, all get their pensions of get rich from democrat supporters. Sessions was a plant who blocked for the deep state. And Whittaker, where is the 2nd prosecutor to investigate these people and agencies and bring to justice.

The actions of Sessions were fully consistent with being a conspirator. I’ll mention a couple. One is his decision to not create a special counsel, though corruption within the DOJ is a situation which demands that. One is his decision to move the “investigation” to Utah, where over a year later we know that key witnesses have not been contacted.

      • Of course and notice how the entire DOJ applauded as he left?

    • Exactly

  2. The raid was conducted not by Mueller’s men, but by Huber’s men, who report to IG Horowitz and Whitaker so your premise is for not.

    • … for naught?

      • Mueller’s men and not Huber’s or IG Horowitz? We’ll now we will see what this Whitaker does. So far we haven’t seen a single criminal referral from Huber and Horowitz and his IG aren’t authorized to make any criminal referrals.

So far, the Administration and the American people have been made fools of by the system played only too well by the criminals who have been pulling these same strings when they were at their mother’s knee.

    • Mueller has no men to conduct raids. They are lawyers, so your premise is wrong. Huber has no “men” either, he has a team of lawyers, known to not be investigating. Raids are conducted by FBI or marshalls.

i dont see anything that indicated these agents were sent by huber. and why would horowitz order this when he already has the documents? someone who doesnt know the documents horowitz has ordered them, in order to brief killary on what the fbi has on her.

    • I suggest you ignore the disinformation. Huber, Horowitz, and Mueller have no people to conduct raids. Horowitz is just an auditor. It does not matter who applied for the raid, it is the same criminal operation. Deep state fans and Trump haters will use any excuse to distract us.

I hope Mr Cain has hidden copies of what the FBI seized and what Horowitz has and an “In Case of Death” label on them. There are no limits to what Schrillary and her co-conspirators are willing to do to cover their treason.

I was hesitant, in fact resistant to breaking the glass and using the term “Gestapo”, but the similarities are too stark to disregard, or try to avoid seeing.
The FBI raid was all legal, a confirmed judge signing the warrant and authorizing the search.
It would be interesting to see what the warrant actually says, but I’m not sure, in fact likely we’ll never see it.
A raid on a whistleblower revealing wrong doing in their own agency looks like a coverup.
If there are self serving people in the FBI using the courts and raids on witnesses to keep their wrong doing from being exposed, they do need an outsider to come in an investigate.
This would probably mean a special counsel tasked with investigating the DOJ and FBI itself, perhaps even if there is involvement of the judicial system.

  7. Mueller’s same old legal malpractice… he needs to be disbarred and sent to Federal Prison.

Fact: Mueller took part in a much earlier FBI frame up that sent four innocent men to prison for more than 30 years, and resulted in an eventual settlement of more than $100 million for false imprisonment of Joe Salvati, Louie Greco, a World War II hero, Peter Limone, and Henry Tameleo for lies of Mueller’s…

Then there was Dr Steven Hatfill – we paid $4,600,000.00 because Mueller and Comey destroyed this innocent man’s life – only Mueller didn’t count on the DNA from the Anthrax Dr Hatfill worked with (legally) was not the same as the DC attacks Muller tried to frame him for.

Stephanie A. Gallagher was appointed by Obama. Enough said.

  9. Of course the Deep State still controls the FBI and the entire DOJ as well. Did you see all those DOJ attorneys and administrators bidding good bye to Sessions. They were treating the fired traitor as a comrade and a cherished friend.

  10. There ought to be something like an honest journalist or investigator that could tell people the truth.

    • Why, the people are too stupid and cowardly to count much less to act? Why don’t we have two or three thousand armed vigilantes at the order today? And want to bet, if we did President Trump would suddenly have two to three fully armed Infantry division there all around us? The people by and large are stupid cowards, fat and lazy. that’s how we got here.

  11. basically same thing is happening to anybody that ever shook Trumps hand. Go bankrupt with legal fees…

  12. President Trump needs to unredact, as they call it, everything he can get his hands or he will be a participant in the largest coverup the world has ever known, and Mueller and his Nazi like “Special Council” and America’s Gestapo, the disgrace known as the FBI, will continue their gang rape of the Lady of Justice..

  13. OK, where the he!! is Trump on this? I for one am getting damn sick and tired of nothing happening.

    • Trump’s strategy of doing nothing but threatening will not work, the deep state is laughing at him, they will only respect force.

    • Where the hell is he on anything? And right you are to ask. So can we now wake up from the celebratory dream and face the cold morning light?

So far the President has done none of the things he said he would do. He hasn’t built the wall, or sealed the border. He hasn’t locked anyone up although you can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a criminal felon in Washington DC and the President’s refusal to forcefully and effectively address the entire issue of Sanctuary states and, or cities leaves his supporters feeling cold and betrayed.

We are currently living in a state of civil insurrection and, if President Trump thinks he can simply whistle his way past this Sanctuary graveyard, he is a fool deluding himself. There would not be any United States, if Abraham Lincoln had responded in a similar manner and say, isn’t that exactly what the “Left,” the RINO Republicans and the globalists want, America’s destruction? # So sad, Mr. President.

After all is said and done, I didn’t vote for Donald Trump so as to continue to have porous borders, Sanctuary anything and, or to give Hillary, Comey, and the entire cabal of deep state criminals and traitors a walk, which, now two years in he has de facto done. He has given the entire deep state a walk. For a guy who was planning to drain the swamp, he is now, or so it appears to me to be up to his hips in alligators.

Today we are told the President wants to talk to Democrats? Well actually, I don’t give damn who he talks to. They could hardly give him worse advice than his current adviser and attorney Emmet Flood, or his son in law either for that matter. I’m looking at 2020 and wanting to know when he intends to do what he said he would do?

  14. Who’s the Director, Christopher Wray of Christopher Robin?

  15. Of COURSE the Deep State still controls the FBI. We saw that they literally tried to stage a coup under Comey…and now they have Mueller covering up their mess.

If NOTHING what-so-ever has been done to clean up the FBI…why is it a revelation that the Bureau is STILL corrupt?

  16. So can we now wake up from the celebratory dream and face the cold morning light?
