America, the Deep State is coming after our president: What are we going to do about it?

(National SentinelCrisis: Over the weekend the cable news shows were filled with politicians Left and Right pontificating about what special counsel Robert Mueller’s latest filings on Friday regarding President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen really mean.

The pontificating went into hyperdrive following the publication of a column by former national security prosecutor Andrew McCarthy, in which he predicted that the president is about to be indicted by the Southern District of New York for “campaign finance violations.”

Impeachment! the Democrats screamed. Impeachment! As if they weren’t already considering it, without cause or reason.

McCarthy wrote:

The major takeaway from the 40-page sentencing memorandum filed by federal prosecutors Friday for Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former personal attorney, is this: The president is very likely to be indicted on a charge of violating federal campaign finance laws.

Specifically, we’re to believe that the payment of “hush money” to a couple of women whom POTUS has denied having a sexual relationship is the same as if he had written a check — illegally — to a campaign in excess of the $2,700 personal limit.

That’s a stretch of the most extreme kind, but far be it from us to dispute McCarthy’s legal analysis, which is substantial, or his opinion regarding an impending indictment, which is believable when you consider that the Mueller probe has always been about one thing, and that is ‘getting Donald Trump.’

Never mind that, as he pointed out, the Obama campaign was found to have been “guilty of violations involving nearly $2 million – an amount that dwarfs the $280,000 in Cohen’s case,” as McCarthy wrote, or that it was “quietly” handled without a prosecution but instead a $375,000 fine.

Never mind that attorney-client privilege only matters in cases not involving Donald Trump’s personal lawyers.

Never mind that non-disclosure agreements are only legally binding if you didn’t sign them with a president whose last name is Trump.

Never mind that fact that the Justice Department, whom Mueller works for, has a long-standing policy that a president cannot be indicted while in office.

Never mind that Mueller’s original mandate — find “Russian collusion” — was never really Mueller’s original mandate, else Hillary Clinton would have been charged a month after Mueller was appointed.

And speaking of that appointment, never mind that the Justice Department official who did it — Rod Rosenstein — talked of “wearing a wire” to catch POTUS Trump in some sort of buffoonish rant so that he could be removed via the 25th Amendment.

None of that matters because, as McCarthy pointed out, “it has been obvious for some time that President Trump is the principal subject” of investigations in the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office and in Mueller’s special counsel orbit, considering that Mueller handed off the Cohen case to the SDNY in the first place.

What else is obvious by now to anyone who can rub a pair of brain cells together is that ‘the system’ — call it the Deep State if you want — is gearing up to dispose of a duly-elected president simply because they did not pre-approve of and choose him, with this message to anyone else who is considering replicating the Trump victory: “Don’t, or you, too, will be destroyed.”

Our founders painstakingly devised and implemented a form of government that was nearly perfect. It empowered people over politics; the masses over political machines.

But the system they bequeathed us depended on moral, upstanding men and women to ensure it functioned as it was designed, as well as an educated, engaged populace to serve as a check and balance on abuses of power.

We’re seeing abuse of power before our very eyes, but it’s not coming from the president of the United States. Rather, it’s being employed against him.

Mueller was never appointed to investigate true crimes because if he was, the conga line of criminals beginning with his buddy James Comey and streaming through the FBI and DoJ, leading straight to Barack Obama’s feet would have already been charged and wearing prison orange.

If Mueller and Co. are permitted to overturn the will of the people and the electoral process with an indictment that has so clearly been manufactured out of thin air, then what will the next “enemy” president be charged with (that would be VP Mike Pence, by the way)? And the next after him?

Americans cannot allow the Deep State to dispose of our duly-elected president, for if we do, he won’t be the last one. He’ll just be the first.

We don’t doubt Andrew McCarthy. We doubt that there is enough integrity left in ‘the system’ to stand in the way of a clear miscarriage of justice.

So that leaves We the People as POTUS Trump’s final line of defense. All he need do is call us forth.

Let’s hope we are up to the task, for if we are not, the Republic, truly, is lost.

these folks who promote such an absurd idea have absolutely no clue what would happen to them if they forced this/these kinds of lies to the point where actual impeachment proceedings took place…. there is a reasonable response and there is an unreasonable response to all of the muller (sic on purpose) hag efforts to besmudge our duly elected President. If they can’t accept the edict of the “People,” in a peaceful way, well, there is another option that isn’t nice at all… not for anyone….

I am sick of the double standards that we have for office holders. Corruption by Democrats are given a pass while millions of dollars are spent investigating Republicans over a period of years, using lies spread by democrats and the media as justification for FISA warrants, which are then used in this miscarriage of justice. Use of the FISA warrant that was issued as a result of testimony by those who knowing told lies for its issuance is a poisoned tree. Any evidence gained by that is fruit of the poisoned tree. None of this has anything to do with… Read more »

I think that more than a few million Patriots would solve this matter in short order. We would need to know that President Trump would not send govt. troops against us though. Having said that, I would greatly prefer if President Trump would take control of the situation. He is the President and Commander In Chief of our military forces. I am sure these co-conspirators would have an instant change of mind if they had a rifle stuck up their noses. Trump needs to grow a set and stop Tweeting and do something.

The left is HOPING to provoke a response. Ridiculous comments like those made by Eric Swalwell prove that the leftists have convinced themselves they’re going to be pleased with the outcome: because they believe that any reaction on the right will be an uncommitted half measure; a lashing out by a lone wolf or two, which they can then use to demonize the rest in the hopes of silencing them forever. Therefore, there must be no false starts. Inaction is preferable to an abortive attempt. When we act, it must be in unison, with full cognizance of the consequence, and… Read more »

Gitmo is in their future. 63,000+ sealed indictments, Gitmo doubled, troops sent there, rules of a court martial altered, new definition of enemy combatant. Justice will be coming for them. Nothing they do can stop what is coming, nothing.

The days before the midterm were the greatest days for Trump and the most hopeful for American patriots in 60 years. After that it was clear that the time of the Antichrist is here, and it is all going to be downhill from now on until the USA becomes Babylon the Great as was foretold and burns. Trump gave a fight beyond what any normal mortal could have done and still all will be lost. As much as it disgusts me beyond human comprehension and I will certainly go to hell for despising many things God does, God lets Satan… Read more »

I read McCarthy’s op ed. He also says that justice department norms say a sitting president can’t be indicted. That’s if norms are followed, which is anyone’s guess, since the law is constantly selectively enforced against conservatives. McCarthy also wrote that if Trump is re-elected, the statute of limitations would run out by 2024. What I can’t get my head around is how can anyone be indicted on the words of a person or persons who plead to the crime…no evidence of the crime, no adjudication, simply a person, under duress, trying to get less jail time for other crimes… Read more »

Indictment has a very low bar. A Grand Jury can indict a ham sandwich. A prosecutor only recommends charges to a judge that must find sufficient cause and evidence to make the charge.

Ok. So, do we need to call in the French? They seem to be taking matters into their own hands rather dramatically.

The President has the servers, the President and Q have EVERYTHING and know EVERYTHING that the corrupt psychopaths that make up the Deep State have been hiding and getting away with for decades. The President and Q have taken out the satellites the Deep State has used to communicate with their minions. There is a plan. Trump is God’s modern-day Cyrus. The evil leftists and RINOs know their time is nearly up. Stay strong, Patriots. Nothing can stop what is about to happen. NOTHING. God bless President Trump and the Q team. And God bless our sovereign nation. Loading...

What am I willing to do about it? I will vote against ANY RINO’s that do not support the President (Ben Sasse….can you hear me?) Until either Martial law is enacted by the Deep State (not President Trump) or absolute anarchy reigns, I can do nothing as I obey the laws. Either of the other two come to pass, I’ll be there with my game face on.

Why nothing is being done by our members proves how deep the corruption goes.
