BUSTED: Original FBI 302 on Flynn interview claims he was advised of ‘nature of interview’ but he wasn’t

(National SentinelDishonest: A funny thing happened on the way to full disclosure on Monday by special counsel Robert Mueller regarding the FBI’s ambush interview of former national security adviser Michael Flynn: The truth came out.

And that’s not good, at least, not for him or the FBI.

You may recall last week that we reported that, according to a sentencing memo filed by Mueller in Flynn’s case, it was obvious that the Justice Department under Deputy AG Sally Yates and the FBI under Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe that Flynn was set up in a perjury trap because he was never specifically told while agents Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka were sent to interview in Jan. 24, 2017, just a few days after POTUS Donald Trump was inaugurated.

The memo read, in part:

Prior to the FBI’s interview of General Flynn, Mr. McCabe and other FBI officials “decided the agents would not wary Flynn that it was a crime to lie during an FBI interview because they wanted Flynn to be relaxed, and they were concerned that giving the warnings might adversely affect the rapport,” one of the agents reported.

Before the interview, FBI officials had also decided that, if “Flynn said he did not remember something they knew he said, they would use the exact words Flynn used…to try to refresh his recollection. If Flynn still would not confirm what he said…they would not confront him or talk him through it. One of the agents reported that General Flynn was unguarded during the interview and “clearly saw the FBI agents as allies.”

In the days since reports have noted that McCabe advised Flynn not to have an attorney present during the interview. Fox News reported:

McCabe — who was fired earlier this year for making unauthorized media leaks and violating FBI policy — wrote in a memorandum that shortly after noon on Jan. 24, 2017, he called Flynn on his secure line at the White House, and the two briefly discussed an unrelated FBI training session at the White House. Quickly, the conversation turned to a potential interview, according to an account provided by McCabe that was also cited in the Tuesday filing.

On Friday, we reported that the actual order to send two FBI agents came from him. He added that he intentionally took advantage of an inexperienced and chaotic Trump administration to break protocol to interview Flynn. In a sit-down with NBC’s Nicole Wallace in front of a very approving audience last week, Comey admitted that he believed he’d be able to pull it off unchallenged due to the early, chaotic nature of the Trump administration.

Wallace asked Comey: “You look at this White House now, and it’s hard to imagine two FBI agents ending up in the Stateroom. How did that happen?”

I sent them,” Comey replied, to audience laughter.

“Something we’ve — I probably wouldn’t have done or maybe gotten away with in a more organized investigation — a more organized administration. In the George W. Bush administration, for example, or the Obama administration,” he confessed.

All of this makes it seem very obvious that the FBI ambushed Flynn and did so purposefully and with intent to catch him in a lie.

And yet — the 302 filed at U.S. District Judge Emmitt Sullivan’s court late Monday says just the opposite: That Flynn was notified “of the nature” of the interview.

LOL! Yeah…because you know how the corrupt Democrat operatives at the FBI are always being busted? Sheesh! Give me a break! No matter what they find these people have done to corrupt the process…they just let the investigation continue and the agents go unpunished.
