In his own words: No denying that Va. Gov. Northam now supporting infanticide

Earlier this month Democrats in New York State shocked the consciences of tens of millions of Americans when they passed, and Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed, legislation that, according to some experts who’ve read the measure, allows doctors to kill an unborn baby right up to term.

Worse, as NewsTarget reports, the legislation also permits non-physicians to perform abortions, thereby dramatically increasing the number of providers who could be available for the procedure.

The news site noted further:

The bill, named the Reproductive Health Act, uses an overly broad “health” exception for third-term abortions which many people find repugnant. Even health professionals within the field of obstetrics say that third-term abortions are never necessary; at that point, the child should just be delivered, not murdered.

Now, another Democratic governor, Ralph Northam of Virginia, gave his tacit support Wednesday for legislation introduced in the State Assembly of his state that repeals current restrictions on when abortions can legally be performed, National Review reported. (Related: Here are the names of the human child MURDERERS in the NY Senate who passed the bill legalizing infanticide.)

“This morning on WTOP’s ‘Ask The Governor,” Virginia governor Ralph Northam defended the new abortion bill introduced by state Democrats this month, the Repeal Act, which would legalize abortion up to the point of birth,” the magazine reported.

The bill’s chief sponsor is Del. Kathy Tran (D). According to her legislation, if approved and signed into law by Northam, women would be able to receive an abortion up to, but right before, natural full-term delivery.

The WTOP host asked Northam if he agreed with the language and premise of Tran’s bill, and this is what he said:

This is why decisions such as this should be made by providers, physicians, and the mothers and fathers that are involved. When we talk about third-trimester abortions, these are done with the consent of obviously the mother, with the consent of the physician — more than one physician, by the way — and it’s done in cases where there may be severe deformities. There may be a fetus that’s non-viable.

But that wasn’t the only disturbing thing that Northam said.

“If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen,” he continued. “The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”

In other words, the medical facility would keep the baby “comfortable” until the mother and abortion doctor decided what to do next, which directly implies that the result might be ending the baby’s life.

National Review noted that either Northam isn’t fully aware of what Tran’s bill says or he’s being intentionally dishonest about it. The legislation specifically removes a current requirement that there are three doctors who must agree a woman must have a late-term abortion for her health. Under a provision in Tran’s bill, only the consent of the mother and the abortion physician would be required. And in fact, she noted during an Assembly hearing on her bill that yes, it included abortions in mothers who are full-term.

But is abomination even legal? Not according to the provisions of the 1973 Supreme Court ruling Roe v. Wade legalizing abortion in all 50 states, as well as current federal statures, The National Sentinel reports.

Roe v. Wade allows women to have the procedure up to the point of fetal “viability,” a term which is now constantly under debate as neonatal care and technology dramatically improves chances for early birth survival.

Two things are obvious. The extreme Left-wing Democrat Party is now pushing full-on for all-out infanticide, and no matter how Northam tries to spin his comments, he’s on board with it.

In the Arctic and Canada, there are hunters who kill baby pup seals by clubbing them in the head until dead. They do this so as to preserve the skin and fur which is then sold for profit. If you’ve seen videos of this, it is barbaric and repulsive to watch.

Why is this practice still allowed? Because it’s a business and the profits are lucrative and the indigenous governments approve of it. The hunters have no moral conscience so, killing pups doesn’t bother them.

The abortionist is no different than a pup killer. They terminate the life of the unborn through various barbaric, surgical methods. These invasive procedures are so unimaginably abhorrent that, suffice it to say, the details are unspeakable. In the end, it does not matter to the abortionist that the child is still alive. By “alive”, I mean a real, definitive heart beat with accompanying body movement. They then divide the fetus into parts based on different price points and secretly sell them to eager buyers. What’s left is thrown in the garbage or, according to one article, it’s all ground up and used as fertilizer for crops.

Why is this practice still allowed? Because it’s a business and the profits are lucrative and the indigenous governments approve of it. The abortionists have no moral conscience so, killing babies doesn’t bother them.

At the end of the day, they go home, eat a delicious meal, enjoy their nightly entertainment and have a good night’s sleep. The next day they go to work only to do it all over again.
