Treason: Docs PROVE Deep State hacks Obama, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper aided Russian efforts to divide Americans with ‘Spygate’

By Jon Dougherty

Treason is not a word that anyone should use lightly, but based on recent revelations regarding the “Spygate” operation aimed at undermining Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and his presidency, it is a term that seems very fitting to describe acts and actions taken by several Obama-era officials, including the former president himself.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines treason as, “the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family.” Also, “the betrayal of a trust; treachery.”

More importantly, “18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason” says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason…”

With these definitions in mind, consider the case against former FBI Director James Comey; former CIA Director John Brennan; former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former President Obama; former FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page; former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; former Attorney General Loretta Lynch; two-time presidential loser Hillary Clinton; and anyone else involved in fabricating evidence against POTUS Trump that he “colluded with Russia” to ‘steal’ the 2016 election.

What is already known:

— The infamous “Steele dossier,” compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele, was a complete and utter fabrication;

— Nothing substantive in the dossier was ever corroborated;

— The FBI, under Comey and McCabe and under Justice Department head Lynch, never corroborated anything in the dossier, either;

— The FBI used the dossier to secure surveillance (spy) warrants against Carter Page, then a member of the 2016 Trump campaign;

— Comey signed off on at least one of the FISA applications;

— Since the dossier was never verified, that means the FBI and Justice Department misrepresented it as ‘intelligence’ before the FISA court, which is fraudulent and illegal;

— We know that the FBI knew the dossier was garbage before using it to justify a surveillance warrant;

— Hillary Clinton’s campaign paid for the dossier, via Glenn Simpson’s Fusion GPS (and the FBI knew Steele was on the Clinton campaign/Fusion GPS payroll);

— Comey cleared Clinton of obvious Espionage Act violations for her criminal mishandling of classified emails after his FBI covered up her illegal activity;

— Page said Obama’s DoJ (under Lynch) worked to block “gross negligence” charges — the legal standard — against Clinton;

— Obama knew that Clinton was using an unauthorized email account because they exchanged emails through it (so did Clinton and Lynch);

— Obama worked to cover up Clinton’s email ‘mess’ long before news of her secret server and account broke;

— Clapper has admitted that Obama was the ‘ringleader,’ which means that he was well aware of what was going on from start to finish;

You Might Like

— Strzok said in a text to Obama that “potus wants to know everything we’re doing,” proving beyond any doubt that he was in the loop from the beginning of Spygate;

— Lynch also kept Obama apprised of what was going on vis-a-vis Spygate;

— Comey says Brennan was the one who insisted that the Steele dossier be included in an ‘intelligence briefing’ to POTUS-elect Trump, indicating he had hands-on knowledge of it (and its invalidity) — which also means his claim that he heard about the dossier via “news reports” is BS;

— Brennan was in Moscow in March 2016, in the midst of the Spygate ramp-up, meeting with the “Federal Security Service (the successor agency to the Soviet KGB), and someone else,” according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov;

Now, we learn there was direct Russian intelligence involvement in the passing along of ‘information’ to Steele that he used in the bogus dossier, thanks to the intrepid investigative reporting of Chuck Ross at The Daily Caller:

Dossier author Christopher Steele identified a former Russian spy chief and a top adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin as being involved in handling potentially compromising information about President Donald Trump, State Department notes show.

In her notes, State Department official Kathleen Kavalec also referred to the two Russians — former Russian foreign intelligence chief Vyacheslav Trubnikov and Putin aide Vladislav Surkov — as “sources.”

The references to Trubnikov and Surkov, which have not previously been reported, are not definitive proof that either were sources for Steele’s dossier or that they were involved in an effort to collect blackmail material on Trump.

But the notes are significant because they are the first government documents that show Steele discussing potential sources for the information in his dossier, which the former MI6 officer provided to the FBI.

Trubnikov also has links to Stefan Halper, an FBI informant…

What kind of ‘sources?’ Russian sources.

What’s the significance? A) Russian intelligence intentionally fed bogus information about Trump to an operative of the Clinton campaign; B) the Clinton campaign was actually colluding with Russian sources “close to Putin” during the campaign, not Team Trump; C) Russian intelligence obviously took the opportunity to sow distrust and division within the American political scene; and D) all of the above named — Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Obama, Clinton, Strzok, et al — helped Putin execute his operation by serving as mouthpieces for the dossier, which was phony, and they all knew it was phony.

But they pushed it anyway because it was more important to them to stop Trump from becoming president or better, drive him from office (depose him) after he won.

The result? A deeply divided country, which only helps Russia.

As the Pentagon’s most recent National Security Strategy notes, Russia is an identified competitor/adversary/enemy of the United States:

Long-term strategic competitions with China and Russia are the principal priorities for the Department, and require both increased and sustained investment, because of the magnitude of the threats they pose to U.S. security and prosperity today, and the potential for those threats to increase in the future.

Assisting a declared enemy of the U.S. to accomplish espionage goals while undermining a sitting president and working to drive him from office — all objectives of Moscow — is akin to ‘providing aid and comfort’ to the same enemy.

The evidence is now clear: Donald Trump is no Russian stooge doing the work of Vladimir Putin, his primary accusers are really the guilty ones. And they must be held accountable.

It just so happens that the president agrees:

Here are some more thing else that we know. Durham discovered Robert Mueller kept four innocent men in prison knowingly and illegally over the Whitey Bolger crimes. Robert Mueller committed a felony when he did not ensure the release of the four innocent men. The federal government paid two of the innocent men a total of 111 million dollars for being illegally incarcerated. Two of the med died in prison. Robert Mueller’s punishment for his crimes regarding the Whitey Bolger case included promotions, raises and eventually a job making sure the coup to remove a duly elected president continued unabated… Read more »

What if Steele trolled the democrats with the report? Whenever I need a good laugh I think of Russian pimp Yuri Nator of the Steele Dossier fame.

It ain’t over yet. Barr, Horowitz, Durham in the DOJ, plus a few patriot congressional leaders like Nunes, have shown to have a pair of eggs, and just might get the job done.

There is a problem with getting worked up about commission of “treason”. The problem: The United States Constitution. In Article III, Section 3 of the document the crime of treason is very clearly, and very, very narrowly defined. “Shall consist ONLY. . .” (added caps to emphasize. quote: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court. The Congress shall… Read more »

We’ll see if ANYONE pays a price. They always get away with it, no matter what it is, so long as they’re all in on it together. I have a hard time believing all – or even a good number – of Barry Soetoro’s people will go down for scheiße. But, one can dream…

It’s not treason in the legal sense as there is no declared war and hence no enemy to render aid and comfort. It is sedition however. That’s “conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.”

I hope that all these bad actors security clearances have been eliminated. We know Brennan’s was but Obama and Cintons need to be revoked first and foremost. Don’t telegraph what Barr is going to do. Just show up at 2 am with military security, issue the arrest and have a cargo plane ready to transport to Gitmo. Since all of them were Fed. Employees they will fall under a military tribunal. Greatest day would be to see Clinton and Obama in handcuffs. Round them up efficiently and quietly and get them to Gitmo.

This is a fine summary. There is more, however, the unmaskings, used to identify people to entrap. There could have been FISC warrants against others. Republicans had roles. The behavior of Sessions fits perfectly into the conspiracy. Plus he seems to have had a role in the targeted people, such as Page, Papadopolous, Flynn. Mitch and Burr still have their intelligence committee witch hunt underway. They knew it was all fake early. Burr keeps delaying his report, perhaps until election season, long after Mueller finished. Burr sends a shocking late subpoena to the President’s son. Republicans were informed by law… Read more »

Correction:

Is: Strzok said in a text to Obama that “potus wants to know everything we’re doing,”

Should be: Page said in a text to Strzok . . .

according to the link embedded in the word “said”.

Could someone please tell me HOW James Comey got the authority to pardon Hillary Clinton of all her crimes. The FBI only INVESTIGATES!!! Comey had no AUTHORITY to pardon anyone!!! In my mind, his ‘pardon’ of Hillary is as worthless as dogie poop on a shoe.

“….. the FBI does not have the job of deciding who should, or should not, be prosecuted for crime. It was created to do investigations – period.”

COMEY HAD NO JURISTICTION, hence his pardon is worthless!!!

It’s time to prosecute Hillary Clinton!

Well, I hope Larrythelogger is dead wrong. We can only hope that the combination of Barr and Crawford will FINALLY be the difference in charging and convicting all of the players in this treason… and as I’ve said before, if they are guilty they should all be HUNG in a town square like in the old days… where the whole world can watch what happens to people that think they are above the law (and this includes obamanation) in trying to get what THEY want… power and control… and to show everyone THIS is what happens to people (if you… Read more »
