Solomon: POTUS Trump will begin document declassification with ‘Bucket 5’ list of exculpatory evidence FBI failed to show FISA court (Video)

By Jon Dougherty

Ace investigative columnist John Solomon told Fox News‘ Sean Hannity Tuesday night during his show that, according to Solomon’s sources, POTUS Donald Trump is expected to begin declassifying a series of documents exposing President Obama’s deep state “Spygate” plot to undermine his presidency.

In particular, Solomon noted, the president will begin with with the release of “Bucket 5” documents, otherwise known as exculpatory statements the FBI possessed about its targets before agents went to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court to get warrants to spy on them.

Meanwhile, investigative reporter Sara A. Carter added that Bucket 5 also includes transcripts and tapes of former Trump advisers George Papadopoulos and Carter Page saying that there was no way the 2016 campaign was working with Russians — information that Obama’s FBI and Justice Department did not share with the FISA court.

Solomon noted that the release could begin within a week to 10 days. He also added that “this is the first time that we know for sure the FBi was in possession of a piece of intelligence from Christopher Steele [author of the infamous ‘Steele Dossier’ used to get a warrant to spy on Page] that had been debunked before they went to the FISA court.”

He added that the FBI wasn’t in the process of verifying it — they had already debunked it.

Solomon went onto to note that he inquired with the FBI in October 2016 about a claim by some in the bureau, by Steele, and the Hillary Clinton campaign that a secret communication channel in Trump Tower in New York and an Alpha Bank (a Russian institution) email server in Moscow existed, and that Trump and Vladimir Putin used it to plot how to steal the 2016 election.

Everyone “in Clinton world was peddling” the claim, as was Steele to contacts in Obama’s State Department.

Solomon said the FBI completely debunked that claim the same month. However, “four days later, knowing that Christopher Steele was peddling it, they go to the FISA court and they represent Christopher Steele as credible, his information is accurate, they have no derogatory information about” any of what is contained in his dossier — though none of had been verified and all was later found to be bogus.

Also of note: Fired FBI Director James Comey signed off on one the first FISA warrant application, though the FBI had found Steele’s document not to be credible, and after DOJ official Bruce Ohr told him and other ranking members of the bureau that Steele was anti-Trump, that his work was being done on behalf of the Clinton campaign, and that it could not be trusted.

Comey then told President-elect Trump in January 2017 that the Steele dossier’s contents were not to be believed — after he signed off on the first FISA warrant.

As for the document declassification, both Hannity and Solomon said they had solid sources for the information.

“Yes, absolutely, I have confirmed that within the next seven to eight days, the president will declassify the first of many documents,” Solomon said. “This first one we used to call ‘Bucket 5,’ the exculpatory statements that the FBI possessed about its targets before it went to the FISA court.”

Also: Solomon noted that, for the first time, a survey by The Hill found that a majority of Americans support investigating the FBI’s conduct regarding the Spygate scandal.

“That is a sea change in public opinion,” Solomon noted.

FACT: If Trump had anything against Mueller or anyone involved in the investigation against him, he would have released it months ago when he was freaking out on Twitter about it.

Trump was not in a position to release any information while Mueller was working on the investigation. He would have been accused of obstruction. I don’t blame Trump for freaking out on Twitter. He has been called a traitor for 2 years when he knew, and what was corroborated by the Mueller report was that there was no collusion between Trump and any Russians. Trump will not release information if it compromises the current investigation that are going on. The fact that he may be releasing information in the near future could be an indication that the present investigations are… Read more »

So what? We already know and have for over two years what the illegal coup has done to illegally remove a duly elected president. The dossier, the only document upon which the FISA warrant was based, was proven fake two years ago. Mark Levin laid out the entire coup from start to finish and in great detail in March, 2017. All to what end? For two years, the GOP fell down, rolled over and soiled themselves making sure the committee hearings from 2017 to 2018 went nowhere. Trey Gowdy helped make sure with his ridiculous strutting and fretting, signifying of… Read more »

WTH is Huber doing in Utah for 18 months . he hasn’t called any big names before the grand jury or the media would blurt it out. I also fear Horowitz will equivocate telling us something akin to unfortunate mistakes were made, BUT…yadda-yadda. I trust very few people in our government. I hope , and pray, Barr proves me wrong ,and more importantly, will Durham
prosecute to the maximum extent. America needs to see if justice is dispensed fairly.

I agree with those who say something has changed. Things are going way faster than the last two years. To suppose that the climax of these events is going away, is foolish. We are talking about a huge crime and provable involvement of some high rollers who will prove powerless to stop what is coming.

So many unprosecuted crimes have been committed by Democrats…the DNC computers that were totally infiltrated by the Awans with Little Debbie’s compliance, the Uranium One Deal, Hillary’s home-made computer system accessed by the Chinese and others as money poured into the Clinton Foundation, the Haiti ripoff by the Clintons and their pals, Hillary funding the fake dossier that was used to illegally secure warrants from the FISA Court, all the treasonous behaviors by top executives of the alphabet agencies, the spying operation headed by Barack Obama, the lying under oath, and on and on and on. Please, Trump, declassify everything… Read more »

From Wikipedia article on Five Eyes-
In recent years, documents of the FVEY have shown that they are intentionally spying on one another’s citizens and sharing the collected information with each other in order to circumvent restrictive domestic regulations on spying.

I don’t believe Trump ever intended to have meeting with Pelosi today. I believe he has figured it out. They are out to get him so why help them do it. Make them useless like they
are. Don’t vote for anything they want as they have done to us. Pass nothing except
judges you want and hopefully Amy is on the way.

There can be NO partial release of documents. Either all, or none. A partial release would just ” prove ” to the dems that he is hiding something.
