One Democrat gets it: Debbie Dingell says her party is helping RUSSIA by creating division with impeachment (Video)

(TNS) One element of the ‘Trump-Russia collusion’ lie the deep state probably relied on in order to sell it to the American public was the fact that Moscow has been working to undermine our democracy since the beginning of the Cold War.

It was always easier for the Soviets, and now Russians, to infiltrate Western democracies because our societies are far more open. China relies on the same openness these days to infiltrate Europe and America.

But for the work of patriots like Rep. Devin Nunes (D-Calif.), the House Freedom Caucus, Judicial Watch and a few independent media outlets like this one, Americans would never have discovered the truth about the deep state’s collusion hoax. Because, again, to many people, Russia trying to interfere in our elections and our democracy just rings true because they’ve been at it so long.

That said, Americans’ trust in our institutions was severely degraded under the Obama administration. His polarization of the FBI, the Justice Department, and the intelligence and diplomatic communities, all in an effort to set up a duly elected president, was an abomination.

Obama was aided and abetted by anti-Trump forces in each of those institutions, for certain. But the Garbage Party has continued to perpetuate the lie that Russia had an undue influence over the 2016 Trump campaign and, thus, continues to ‘hold sway’ over President Donald Trump.

Nothing could be further from the truth, as has been demonstrated time and time and time again.

And yet, because Democrats continue to push this hoax as though it were real, Moscow is having more success sowing mistrust and division than Vladimir Putin could have ever imagined.

At at least one Democrat — Rep. Debbie Dingell of Michigan — understands that.

Fox Business host Charles Payne interviewed Dingell and commented on how a partisan impeachment push is accomplishing things Russia has only dreamed of concerning sowing division in Washington.

“I think some of this has probably been caused by some of the actions that they’ve taken,” replied Dingell.

Watch:

She’s a liberal, no doubt, but she’s not crazy; she knows that President Trump a) is no Russian stooge; and b) that he isn’t guilty of impeachable offenses in his dealings with Ukraine.

But was that comment a subtle shot at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), and Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.)?

The fact is, Trump has been harder on Russia than Obama was. The president has chided NATO countries for not spending enough on their own defense (to guard against invasion by the alliance’s principle adversary, Russia). He has provided lethal aid to Ukraine when Obama refused. And he has beefed up U.S. military assets and presence on Russia’s western flank, as well as the Arctic.

However, instead of acknowledging these truths, Democrats continue to push the lie that Trump is a Russian agent, which remains highly divisive, politically and socially.

As Dingell subtly admits, then, her own party, is aiding and abetting Vladimir Putin’s efforts to undermine our democracy in ways he has never done.
