Defiance: Democrats on Wisconsin election board fail to follow judge’s order to remove 255,000 names

The Left sure loves its illegal voters

By Jon Dougherty

(TNS) A judge in Wisconsin is holding members of the state election board in contempt of court after they refused to remove some 255,000 names from voter registration rolls, per his December order.

Judge Paul Malloy of Ozaukee County was clearly miffed about the board’s refusal to follow his order when he imposed his sanctions.

“I can’t be any clearer than this,” said Malloy, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. “They need to follow my order.”

Within hours, the state Supreme Court declined to get involved in the case for the time being and instead will allow a Madison-based appeals court to handle the issue.

That decision gave Leftists who hope to stop the purge some hope they may wind up being victorious, at least temporarily.

The paper reported:

Malloy ruled the commission must pay $50 a day until it starts taking people off the rolls. In addition, he fined the three Democrats on the commission who have fought taking people off the rolls — Ann Jacobs, Julie Glancey and Mark Thomsen — $250 a day each.

Jacobs said she believes Malloy’s initial findings were incorrect and she does not want to begin taking people off the rolls even though she’s been found in contempt of court.

“If we are going to treat voting as the central component of our democracy, we need to be far less cavalier about taking people off the rolls,” she said.

At issue is the voting status of more than 200,000 people in one of the most politically prized states in the 2020 presidential election. Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton in 2016 by fewer than 23,000 votes, becoming the first Republican to take the state’s electoral votes since 1984.

Anyone removed incorrectly from voting rolls can simply go online and re-register at myvote.wi.gov, or at their clerk’s offices, or even at the polls on election day.

The commission is to meet Tuesday to decide whether to begin the process of removing voters. The board consists of three Democrats and three Republicans.

The paper said that elections are approaching rapidly. On Feb. 18, there is a primary for local offices, state Supreme Court and a vacant congressional seat in northern Wisconsin. Some absentee ballots have already been mailed to voters, potentially complicating any effort to take people off the voter rolls, the paper noted, adding:

The Wisconsin Elections Commission in October notified more than 230,000 people it believed they may have moved and asked them to update their voter registrations or confirm they were at the same address. It planned to remove them from the rolls in 2021 if they didn’t act.

Democrats protest loudly whenever they are accused of fomenting and enabling voter fraud, but it’s cases like this one that have given them that well-deserved reputation.

Enforce the insurrection act of 1805. Then build assembly line gallows, and start hanging traitors.

Zero Tolerance for Voter Fraud.

I agree with .50cal.
This country is falling into anarchy. Next to the Bible, our US Constitution is the most important thing to guide a civilized society. These marxists should be shunned. Many should be executed for tyranny.
The average Joe could not get away with thumbing their nose at the law. The double standard is sickening. 😡😡😡😡😡

Defiance of the law like this, with a contempt ruling by the judge, should have resulted in jailing.

I’ve met some good hunters and fishermen from the rural communities in WI and MN.

Just like most states, they have their lefties that are despised. Those lefties will be in deep shit if they keep acting like traitors. Deer hunters know how to shoot under pressure.
